**Description of the experiment**
Subject to change. So far:
We reach out to editors on their talk pages. Give them a link to where they can answer the questions and get their permission to contact them afterwards by email in case we could provide a recommendation for matching. or, provide the recommendation in the tool and after the user logs in with centralAuth, visible only to the specific user (private). Then, some middle steps which are TBD, and then contact the user and ask them to fill up a survey to tell us the quality of the recommendations. In the case of experienced users, this step can be almost immediately after the match is recommended to them.
**Audience of the experiment**
Most likely those who already have an account on enwiki (or even more experienced editors, TBD) as opposed to those who have just opened an account. Subject to change.
