By the way, something weird: In hewiki this code does not throw an error and is not included in tracking category ([[ https://he.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=%D7%9E%D7%A9%D7%AA%D7%9E%D7%A9:IKhitron/%D7%98%D7%99%D7%95%D7%98%D7%94&action=edit | 1]]), but beeing written in hebrew does not throw an error and is included in tracking category ([[ https://he.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=%D7%9E%D7%A9%D7%AA%D7%9E%D7%A9:IKhitron/%D7%98%D7%99%D7%95%D7%98%D7%94&action=edit&oldid=17647705 | 2 ]]), not including the case where the double ref has the same text.
My guess - php finds this error, but somehow it is not written anywhere.
