**Description**
Currently when an admin visits the Special:Block page ([[ https://test.wikipedia.org/wiki/Special:Block | test wiki special block ]]) the assumption is that they know what other blocks exist, which is not yet the case. In addition, only one reason for blocking is shown to other admins. That is why we suggest listing existing blocks and their targets so that they can be edited if necessary. One can then highlight a selected block and edit a block.
**Open Question**
Internally reblocking an existing block is the same like editing a block and we need to clarify how we show that in the UI.
**User Story** As an admin of the wikis, when I need to block site-wide or on certain pages (partial block), I want edit existing blocks at times, so that I can have more control over when they will expire.
**Benefits (why should this be implemented?):**
- allow finding the block that you want to edit and edit it to prevent the block from expiring prematurely
