wgNoReplyAddress is currently using a default of wiki@not.possible 1: .possible is now possible (TLDs for all who can afford them) 2: Nothing encourages you to configure this, but it is in use by default. Probably best to default it to wgPasswordSender for now, while we think about how to do a big refactor: T97708
