#growth-team's features are mostly enabled at Wikipedias, with the French Wiktionary being the only exception. Considering many Growth features are Wikipedia specific, French Wiktionary has a very limited set of features available. This makes `frwiktionary` an important edge case project for the Growth team's testing needs. An example is scaling of CommunityConfiguration – we would like to test how CommunityConfiguration behaves when most of the configuration are for features making no sense at a project. Since `frwiktionary` has all Growth features enabled in production, and it meets the needs described in this task, we decided to create `frwiktionary` in beta. Work to create the wiki is tracked in this task.
