Based on initial results from user research (T207831), users get confused by some of the options provided in the "Automatic translation" card. The issue is more apparent when users translate across languages that lack support. In those cases, users get the following set of options:

> - Don’t use machine translation
We want to provide more clarity about what users will obtain when they add a new paragraph to the translation. The information in the card should be clear when there are translation services available, and when there are not.
# Proposed solution
The following changes are proposed to clarify the purpose of the card, the available options and the lack of MT:
- Change the card title to be "Initial translation" (instead of "Automatic translation")
- Use "Copy original content" instead of "Use source text" for one option.
- Use "Start with an empty paragraph" instead of "Don’t use machine translation"
- When there are no translation services available show a the following message "Translation services not available for the selected languages. [Why?]". Where the "Why?" part links to the user documentation about the "Initial machine translation" (opening it in a new browser tab/window).
