When a user is on an article, and adds it to a collection they do not see a toast. Instead they see a drawer with a button that says the same text as toast, with button below it that says "Visit Collection". TODO: * Needs a mock. * Is this for all collections or just new ones (e.g. clicking existing collection?) ** If existing wouldn't that be annoying? * How does this interact with the fact that after creating a new collection we take them to the editor overlay.
