Hi, we've been recently under a troll attack in Persian wikipedia so @Huji set a filter in the AbuseFilter to prevent him by keywords he uses, he found out he can get around this by encoding his texts in HTML so it won't be detected by AbuseFilter. I'd suggest adding a decoder to AbuseFilter or restricting more than a specific number of HTML entities.
