### Expected behavior Navigating to an anchor link takes you to that heading ### Observed behavior Anchor links sometimes work correctly, sometimes go to the bottom of the page, and sometimes go to a slightly incorrect location on the page ### Steps to reproduce 1. Open a new tab and go to https://api.wikimedia.org/wiki/API_reference/Core_API/Search/Search_pages#Responses again 3. Do the same thing for https://api.wikimedia.org/wiki/API_reference/Core_API/Search/Search_pages#Examples and https://api.wikimedia.org/wiki/API_reference/Core_API/Search/Search_pages#Parameters
