When a user switches from wikitext to VE and then posts the comment without making any changes, then don't change that user's sticky preference from wikitext to VE. Rationale: The user is just using VE as a preview. I think it's only worthwhile implementing it in this direction -- there's no reason why someone would go from VE to wikitext unless they wanted to be in wikitext. We can do this by only changing the preference when they make a change in VE.
