Once {T186211} is ready and any blockers in {T186213} are done we want to actually send out a call for old members to renew their memberships. This should be done from within Zynatic and may possibly be combined with the account creations in {T186211}.
The call should include:
[] A plea for 2018 membership renewal with the associated payment instructions.
[] A description of our new system, login instructions
[] A request that users log in and give their explicit approval (as needed under GDPR) for us to handle their personal data. Ideally this is combined with them looking over the data ensuring it is up to date. Per {T185474}
[] Special instruction for members <16 years old. Per {T185474}
[] A mention that the system might say their 2017 was paid even though they hadn't paid it. This was done for technical reasons related to the migration. Per {T186326}
[] Mention of what will happen to accounts where approval has not been supplied. Per {T185474}
