######Background
As part of the Add an Image feature, we updated the "Add image details" screen to point to more specific help links for writing captions and alt text, that are hosted on https://www.mediawiki.org/wiki/Wikimedia_Apps/iOS_Suggested_edits (See comment: https://phabricator.wikimedia.org/T358917#9654519). However a user noticed that this guidance is not being shown in the users's language.
**Steps to recreate**
- Change device langauge to Chinese (Simplified)
- Open article to edit, and add an image
- On image details screen, open the "Learn more" help links below Caption, and Alt Text
**What happens**
- Captions Learn more: In-app webview of English version of https://www.mediawiki.org/wiki/Wikimedia_Apps/iOS_Suggested_edits#Image_captions with section expanded
- Alt text Learn more: In-app webview of English of https://www.mediawiki.org/wiki/Wikimedia_Apps/iOS_Suggested_edits#Tips_for_creating_alt-text with section expanded
**What should happen**
- If there is a language version available (as there is for zh.wikipedia), point to the translated version of that section. If not, fall back to English
- Scroll to appropriate section and show it expanded
