This task will track the racking, setup, and OS installation of ganeti102[56-8]

**Racking Proposal:** RIdeally two in row A and two in row C. If either of the two rows is too full, C,adding instead two to row D is also fine. or DRack-wise, but put both in the same row (differing racks if possible but this wasn't requested by #infrastructure-foundations just Rob adding as best practiceplease add them to different racks each.
**Networking/Subnet/VLAN/IP:** 10G network connection, private1 vlan
**Partitioning/Raid:** standard raid10-4devganeti-raid5.cfg
