**Reason**
Unmaintained for years, incompatible with 1.44 (per use of un-namespaced classes) and more fundamentally that that it is redundant.
- If you want to figure out what categories a page is in then #scribunto can do that now.
- If you want to modify the display title of a page then the core DISPLAYTITLE parser function (with $wgRestrictDisplayTitle) can do that.
