The Spanish Wikipedia community decided [[ https://es.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wikipedia:Votaciones/2020/Sobre_los_permisos_del_filtro_de_ediciones | in a vote ]] (35/0; 100 % approval) to create an `abusefilter` group with the following **permissions** attached: - `abusefilter-modify` - `abusefilter-view-private` - `abusefilter-log-detail` - `abusefilter-log-private` - `oathauth-enable` Group assignment and removal: **bureaucrats** (it does not really matter much as all administrators in eswiki are granted bureaucrat permissions together upon a successful RfA) Self-assigning. I'll contribute a patch to this one shortly.
