Make HTML dumps, similar to XML dumps of Wikipedia available. **Why?** It happens often that we need to have access to the HTML version of Wikipedia for research and we hit the API for it. This creates delay on our end, especially when working with large projects such as enwiki, but also creates unnecessary hits to the API. This problem has been also brought up by external researchers in the past years, so the reach is beyond just WMF. **Some recent applications**
