With SDC being activated the Upload Campaigns now contain extra fields. Considering that a large share of the participants are completely new to Wikimedia it was determined that having both the Caption and the Description field present will likely cause confusion. See if the Description field can be disabled, if not then deactivate the caption field. This should be made the default in all the wlm campaigns but we should notify the national organisers in case any of them had adapted their instructions to take both fields into account.
