by default the title value is the same as the original file name. when the user start editing it the user could loos it. the column header dropdown should provide an option to restore the orignal file name. as always with the file type.

If they fat-finger the cell, accept a wrong autocomplete, or delete the title outright, the only way back to the original filename is to re-type it from `item.filename` — which is hidden by default in the table layout v10 (`src/table.jsx:152-154`).
