Based on the community feedback, we have some issues with the quality of images that might appear
on the special search page when we introduce thumbnails. As a user, I want to see good quality images and especially don't want to see inappropriate images
**Background**
We will use multimedia widget to fetch images for the thumbnail. As such we have not planned to male any changes to the multimedia widget itself.
Currently the results in the multimedia widget are the result of a search on the local wiki. Those results also (largely) include files from Commons, but because it's not done on Commons, where we have the additional structured data & mediasearch improvements, they're not as good ( author names in the wikitext etc. have much more impact on the results than they do on Commons.)

- Fetches result from Commons directly (as the other sister widgets already do)
