The ask is to make it possible to have the curation toolbar be bigger. Right now the toolbar size requires one to drag to see all of the options in some tabs. And the textures are small which makes it hard to see the entire message if there is a big one.

* All the textareas in the curation toolbar should **auto resize** with the text being added. If the panel hits the bottom edge of the viewport, then the textarea size doesn't grow further and the text scrolls.
