To reproduce: * Create a new user account. * Change your interface language to Spanish. * Enable the CX beta feature in the Portuguese Wikipedia. * Go to https://pt.wikipedia.org/wiki/20th_Century_London . * Click the red interlanguage link and start a translation. Observed: "No such special page". Expected: Special:CX should appear.
