## Summary
We want to make the default view of the #checkuser-suggestedinvestigations interface use frequently used filters, so that users do not need to set these filters every time they open the page

As a CheckUser, I want to see cases which are relevant by default. However, I still want the ability to find these excluded cases if desired
## Technical notes
We will need to define which filters are enabled by default. We probably want to look at the instrumentation to work out what the most used filters are and then check with checkusers to see if our proposed way forward works
