Now that we have highlightable data on the CU special page, we'd like for users to be able to filter, sort, and possibly paginate the data. This could be done client-side in some situations or via a request to the backend in other situations. Part of this task will be to determine which is the better approach or if there's a hybrid way we could make this happen.
