Today, to post a new subject, the user has to click the "Create New Comment" Button to see the form. I suggest to create a parameter to let the admin choose if he wants to collapse or uncollapse the "Create New Comment" form by default. In some other discuss plugins (Discourse, Disqus, Flow), the "Create New Comment" form is collapsed by default.
