This quarter we will deploy the first iteration [1] of "Edit cards" to 3 wikis.

- [ ] Communities/contributors who are not actively engaged with other WMF product teams (read: have room and interest to work with us)
- [ ] Communities interested in experimenting with new mobile VE designs
- [ ] Communities where there are "enough" contributors editing on mobile, ideally using mobile VE
