For Min Nan (Hokkien) language, there are two main writing systems, one Romanized scripts (Lô-má-jī) and one Chinese characters (Hàn-jī). Articles on Hokkien Wikipedia is now written in Lô-má-jī (on main namespace), and Hàn-jī articles can only be written in talk namespaces. In order not to mix the Hàn-jī articles with the discussions, we need another new namespace called "Hàn-jī" for users who want to create and edit articles in Chinese characters.
