Decide the disposition of each of the 31 patches in civicrm/patches/civicrm-4.2.19-drupal-wmf-*. Check whether the feature has been implemented upstream. Decide whether to port or abandon the feature. Upstream as a CiviCRM extension if possible, or upstream in [[ https://issues.civicrm.org/jira | JIRA ]] tickets. Many of our patches already have tickets, @awight will search for those and list them here.
