Perhaps this already exists, but if not, it should. We should have a wiki page (or google doc) which lists the potential uses and/or customers for this mappy thing we are trying to build. For each case, we should say who has asked for it, who would benefit from it, and give some kind of value assessment. Then, for each one, we should identify the MMP (Minimum Marketable Product), which is to say: What is the smallest amount of work (and/or hardware buying) that we could do to get to the point of deploying something that would be useful to those customers. "Release early; release often!"
