Parsoid already pulls the `X-Request-ID` header from incoming requests and [saves it in the environment](https://github.com/wikimedia/parsoid/blob/bcea0ab04cac935a065ba176b8c7ddd0de0ff278/lib/mediawiki.parser.environment.js#L43). To make this request id useful for tracing requests all the way to the PHP API, Parsoid should also add this header to all outgoing requests.
