This task is about exploring ways to make the impact module more actionable for those with no contributions **once the task recommendations module is introduced to the homepage**.
=== Proposed solutions
Proposal A. "Refer" to other call-to-actions to start editing on the newcomer page - for example the tasks module, taking a tutorial, or asking your mentor a question (in this proposal there is no need for a detailed mobile view of the impact module).
Proposal B. Do not show the impact module but have a specific version of the newcomer task module when users have 0 edits that pushes them to activate.

==== Original task description
Homepage mobile user test showed how the unactivated state of the impact module feels not particularly engaging, leaving the user with few to no options for clicks/taps or understanding what they could from there.
We propose to fill the empty space with a call-to-action to start editing, in order to activate the module.
