I ran into a nasty bug. In video mode after entering a couple of @ usernames when I start typing at the end of the line, for example by hitting the shift button, the cursor jumps back to the beginning of the line, or somewhere in the middle, and the next character I want to enter does not land on the end of the line where I want it to be, but at the beginning or somewhere in the middle. Trying to reposition the cursor to the end of the line works until I hit another button. I tried several browsers. This is a nasty bug.

# Go to https://nl.wikipedia.org/wiki/Overleg_gebruiker:Ad_Huikeshoven?dtvisual=1
# Hit a reply button
# Switch to visual mode
# Enter @name a couple of times
# Hit the shift button
**Actual Results:**
Cursor hops to the left
**Expected Results:**
Cursor stays put
This happened on a desktop PC, Windows 10. Happened both in Chrome, Microsoft Edge, Mozilla Firefox
