===Requirements
[x] “Saved pages” reading list menu appears in the user menu for both AMC and non-AMC mode.
[x] "Saved pages" menu is shown in the location as shown in the in the design above.
[x] Tapping on "Saved" would take users to the page where users can see all of their saved items.
