As per T265771, we want to measure the vectors for how multimedia content gets added to Wikipedia articles - via Visual Editor, direct Wikitext editing, or bots. This ticket is to create edit tags so that we can do those measurements. Acceptance criteria: [] An edit tag `image add - VE` is applied to edits that add images to articles via Visual Editor [] An edit tag `image add - bot` is applied to edits that add images to articles via bots [] An edit tag `image add - Wikitext` is applied to edits that add images to articles via Wikitext ** Note #1: the Wikitext image addition tag may not be possible. Let's discuss and we can remove from the AC if necessary. ** Note #2: the wording of the edit tags isn't final and is open to discussion! ** Open question: do we want to and can we differentiate between image adds via VE search and image adds via VE uploads?

This ticket is to create an edit tag for media additions so that we can do those measurements. (Information about whether the additions come from VE, Wikitext, or bots will come from other avenues - see Morten's comment in T266067#6634887).
