# Middle-click on an image with a link, e.g. [[ https://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/File:Preferences-system.svg | the icon ]] which leads to [[https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wikipedia:Village_pump_(technical)|Wikipedia:Village pump (technical)]].
# Observe the clicked image
**What happens?**:
A blue rectangle (border around the hotspot) appears on top of the image. Example: [[https://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/File:English_Wikipedia_VPT_image_click_glitch_20240622.png|File:English Wikipedia VPT image click glitch 20240622.png]]
**What should have happened instead?**:
* No blue rectangle
* OR the blue rectangle doesn't intersect the image, and corresponds to the border of the image.
**Other information** (browser name/version, screenshots, etc.):
* Firefox is affected the worst (I'm using version 126.0.2)
* Chromium is also affected, but to a lesser extent (Screenshots: TBD)
* Reproduced both logged in and logged out.
* Only Vector 2022 is affected. Monobook, Timeless, and Legacy Vector (2010) are not affected.
