This quarterly goal picks up where last quarter's {T139549} ended. We ran two rounds of pilots. We need to do some final polish on the survey, document how TPGers can use it, and then work on the baseline metrics.

Definition of Done [] Uses of metrics documented [] suitability of metrics to uses established [] recommendations made to change metrics if necessary to improve utility Work Plan [] Document what we are using these metrics (LE Survey results) for [] start a draft list of what we use this for (e.g., self-assessment; improvement; capacity planning; training planning) [] Ask TPGers what they use this information for [] See (or ask ourselves) what our other metrics are used for [] look at the list of questions and document what uses are implied from the questions [] Validate purposes [] Which of the possible uses are we actually doing or likely to do soon/this fiscal year?
