As a PRU user, I want PRU enabled for Wikivoyage & Wiktionary, so that the changes can be available on all wikis. **Background:** As a first step, we'll remove the feature flags for Wikivoyage & Wiktionary. Then, we'll post an update on the Wikivoyage & Wiktionary Village Pumps to let the community know about the change.
