Now trolls makes some user accounts at the same time for vandalizing on Wikipedia (6 accounts for each 24h) We should have an option for sysops witch shows | marks | lists users accounts which are made at the same 24 period with the same IP address. many projects don't have local CU and stopping trolls in this condition is impossible and difficult and requesting from meta takes many time and have misunderstood language difficulties for local wiki users and meta stewards.
