Change Details

When we had 2 deployments they had a network bridge between them so VMs in neutron could talk to VMs in nova-network and the other way around. It's described here: https://wikitech.wikimedia.org/wiki/Portal:Cloud_VPS/Admin/Neutron#Compat_networking Now that nova-network is gone for good, we need to cleanup up that config.
