From my JS console: "Exception in load-callback in module mediawiki.ui.anchor:" load.php:177 "TypeError: mw.user.isAnon is not a function" TypeError: mw.user.isAnon is not a function Not reliably reproducible, also reported by other users in de.wikipedia. Don't ask me how a CSS-only module can throw a JS error, but apparently, it can. In `mw.loader.moduleRegistry` the module `mediawiki.ui.anchor` is marked as `ready`, there is no module with state `error`.
