We can only click on the links in the new dropdown menus in the WikiVoyage ToC, if we mouseover the exact text. If the mouse cursor is over the row but not the text, then the line is highlighted (background opacity changes) but it isn't clickable. This is confusing. {F2481502} {F2481503}
