**Steps to replicate the issue** (include links if applicable):
* When a page on my watchlist is deleted, it displays as a message on my watchlist: "(Deletion log) <user> deleted page <page> (reason)"
* Like any unseen item on my watchlist, the circle to the left is blue (unseen)
* Clicking on <page> takes me to https://xx.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=pagename&action=edit&redlink=1
**What happens?**:
* This does not mark the watchlist item as seen, it still has the marked circle in blue and on the GlobalWatchlist it is also still present (which only shows unseen edits)
* However, what does mark it as seen, is visiting https://xx.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=pagename
**What should have happened instead?**:
* It should mark it as seen by visiting https://xx.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=pagename&action=edit&redlink=1
* OR: the clickable <page> should direct me to a page that does trigger the seen/unseen variable, e.g. https://xx.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=pagename
