The CX dashboard has three lists of articles: Suggestions, In progress and Published. Each list has rows with an image, the title, and some info about the article. The article title is in an <a> element in In progress and Published, but it's not a full-fledged link, because it doesn't have href, so the users cannot right-click them and open them in a new tab. The article title in the Suggestions list is not an <a> element at all—just a <span>. They should all be proper <a href> links so that people would be able to use the usual browser functions with them.
