When switching to Zynatic there were a few features which we wanted them to implement. This task serves to track the progress on these.
Latest communication on these: 2018-02-01
=== [Partial solutionSolved] Non-binary gender ===
//Originally:// The system only supported two genders and setting the gender was mandatory.
//Request:// That all of the genders recommended by RFSL in their [[ https://www.rfsl.se/hbtq-fakta/att-fraaga-om-koen-och-trans-i-enkaeter/ | recommendation ]]
//Status:// In addition to the previous values `---` has been added and is now default.Allowed values are now "`Man`", "`Kvinna`", "`Annat alternativ`", This can be used for either unknown"`Osäker`", non-binary or "I don't want to reveal my gender"."`Vill ej svara`", The rest of our requested genders will be added,"`-`". delivery date is TBDWhere the last one is default for imports.
=== [Partial solution] Donation functionality ===
//Originally:// The system supports payment of membership fees by logged in members but not other donations or donations by non-members.
//Request:// A solution to allow members (at least) to donate. Ideally in conjunction with membership renewal
//Status:// A solution which allows donations to be added when invoices are sent out (e.g. reminder e-mails for membership renewal). It cannot be selected when members themselves renew their membership from within the platform. This will be developed but delivery date is TBD. Donations by non-members will not be possible.
=== [Solved] Grace period ===
//Originally:// There is an automatic grace period of 3 months. After which members can no longer log in, or renew membersip(?)
//Request:// As we have a 6 month grace period defined in our by-laws we would need to be able to set this to a larger value.
//Status:// This was a misinterpretation of the manual. The 3 months refer to the period allowed from account creation to first registered membership fee payment. Access to the membership system is retained until the end of the year following that which the membership fee was payed for.
=== [Open] Undesirable sender name for e-mails ===
//Originally:// the //From// name in e-mails sent from Zynatic is simply the part of the e-mail address before the @.
//Request:// It should be possible to specify a sender name so that from becomes e.g. "Wikimedia Sverige <some@address.se>"
//Status:// Being investigated by Zynatic.
