**Reason**
This extension was noted as having not been updated for almost 6 years when it was marked as unstable in 2016, and there's no indication it's been updated since then. WikiApiary only notes it being used on two wikis, one running MediaWiki 1.17 and the other MW 1.19. The extension's infobox claims it only supports MediaWiki 1.16-1.21.
