We can save settings of namespace filters but not Excluded state of them.

We can save settings of namespace filters but not Excluded state of them. (added from @Wargo comments below) When you save filters with Namespace Excluded and navigate away from RC page, and then return to RC - loading saved filters with excluded Namespaces will display results that - do not exclude selected Namspaces - the saved filter will not display **not** in front of selected Namespace
