I wasn't able to find an open task for this, sorry if one already exists, but it's been several days now the the related changes tool (http://tools.wmflabs.org/erwin85/relatedchanges.php) doesn't work. It reports a warning about MySQL errors and it says "Fatal Error: Database query failed." when you try to use it.
