As I user I want to be able to show only the changes I understand, and I also want to be able to see either Item changes, or Lexeme changes. For this reason I propose new filters for Recent changes and Watchlist. The default active filters should be the languages that the user has configured in babel boxes or user configuration, AND both Item and Lexemes. However it should be possible for the user to show only Lexemes, or only items. And of course it should be possible to select more/less languages or all of them. When a language is an active filter: - Only the changes in a label/alias/description in that language for items will be visible - Only lexemes that have that language will be visible
