Reported on commons vp. Query pages that use categorylinks table, like Special:Wantedcategoried, Special:Mostcategories, etc seem to have stopped updating on about nov 1. On most wikis they are supposed to run every 3 days. Maybe there is some sort of long-query-killer for categorylinks tables thats now acting against special page updates(?) Timing is close to 26ca62ef3e, but maybe that's just a coincidence.
