Change Details

When I use AWB on the Scots Wikipedia (scowiki), it wants to move Stub templates above the categories on the article. I assume it has something to do with the Stub template naming system, in which most stub templates on scowiki are named like [[:sco:Template:Stub/Asie|Template:Stub/Asie]].
