T274170 introduced new hardware as mwmaint2002. T267607 is about upgrading mwmaint servers to buster where we just upgraded mwmaint2001 to buster a couple days ago. But mwmaint2002 has "insetup" role now and we need to actually start using it and replace the old hardware. This ticket is for that part, the part where we take it over from dcops after racking.
